Responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements by working with the business team, architects and product owners to understand the business needs and problems
Translate business needs and problems into user stories and technical specifications, review with the technical implementation teams, create acceptance criteria and the definition of "done," test the changes and signoff
Support Technology Business Management implementation (TBM)
Analyze impact of business requirements to effectively develop epics, features and story details for squads
Provide operational analysis of business functions by analyzing performance metrics and business results
Communicate complex business and IT concepts effectively with the entire team - from the engineers to the executive stakeholder
Transition easily between technical terminology to "big picture" ideas with thoughtful analysis, understanding, and demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication
Lead squad(s) using full Agile methodologies and best practices - Backlog and Funnel Management, Iteration Planning, Sprint Execution/Management, Showcase and Retrospective on a two-week cycle.

In this role, you will evaluate business processes, identifies needs, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities. You will work with business, IT and test systems to create documentation and manuals. Interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject experts

You will be working with the Hybrid Business Management team. This dynamic team is responsible for delivering the end to end operational intelligence to manage the various offering as services: financial viewpoints, cost, business case development, vendor relationships, etc. as well as cross-functional execution capability for key initiatives such as hosting redeployments or sunset of key offerings in favor of other, more strategic offerings
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of IT Projects and Business Analysis
A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading within an Agile environment, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing, and Agile Metrics.
A minimum of 2 years of experience performing root cause analysis of technical and process issues using strong analytical, good debugging and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to project planning and tracking tools such as Jira, RTC, Zenhub, etc.
Demonstrated experience working with Clients/Product Owners to understand the product road map and capture business requirements and functional requirements.
Knowledge of DB2 and SQL query building or SaaS components.
Knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM)

Experience leading Design thinking methods to understand personas and develop great user design
