We develop and apply data-driven metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness at the business, regional and ground level. The Business Analyst I works with cross-functional teams on a variety of process improvement projects, gaining valuable professional experience in multiple segments of the business.


What you will do

  • Work with Business Analysis team members, business partners and other stakeholders to understand business objectives, the current state of business processes and areas where improved technologies, automation or process enhancement may lead to improved work flow and efficiency.

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to fully understand current processes, outcomes and business impact.

  • Work closely with business, technical and other teams / stakeholders to identify workable and appropriate solutions for business process improvement, automation and scaling.

  • Identify user scenarios and generate new or modified process workflows.

  • Based on assessments, analyses and user input, create project plans to orchestrate new process development and execution.

  • Coordinate and support internal and external resources required to execute and accomplish project objectives.

  • Act as translator between business and technical teams.

  • Produce and maintain formal requirement documentation for development teams and for QA, test and scenario application.

  • Ensure that solutions follow best practice guidelines.

  • Maintain open, active and reliable communication with all stakeholders.

o Multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

What is required for application


  • 2-5 years professional work experience

  • Experience with business analysis and financial modeling, understanding of financial statements and/or project management

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study:

  • Finance, Accounting or Economics

  • Management

  • Business

  • Communications

  • Engineering

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently without close supervision

  • Possess enhanced organizational, leadership, management and multi-tasking skills

  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent project management/strategic planning experience - ability to manage several projects/people simultaneously

  • Experience using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, Smartsheet is desired

  • Great learning skills and curiosity

The NTT DATA Services Field Technical Support Technician will be responsible for performing various managed client services for a strategic customer. These services include: IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support, etc. This role combines strong technical skills with an emphasis on delivery high level of customer service. This position requires reliable transportation to visit various office locations in the area, physical ability to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environment, and flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation schedule with other team members. Responsibilities: * Execute service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support) according to Managed Client Policy & Procedure Guide * Coordinate with Client End User on expectations and availability to conduct Managed Client Services * Perform trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, and basic deployments & repair on Client Assets in campus / remote locations * Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps * Strive to meet all Client SLAs & Customer Satisfaction Goals * Escalate to Desktop Support Site Lead on issues that impact a Client End User and/or entire operation at a given site * Serve as an entry point to develop both technical and customer skills to grow into broader and more challenging field services roles * Basic installation and maintenance of technical products * Follow predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities * Review, troubleshoot and approve operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals * Install, maintain and optimize desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites * Diagnose and resolve product performance problems * Perform maintenance and repair services * Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance * Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system * Work is regularly reviewed by a more senior level technical specialist Basic Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience * High School Diploma or equivalency * Minimum of 4 years of experience handling difficult customers and conflict resolution * Minimum of 4 years of Windows operating system troubleshooting experience Preferences: * A+ certification or equivalent skillset #INDICS This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
