Position Purpose: Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function

Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems

Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes

Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred. Project management experience preferred.

The Senior Business Analyst position exhibits an in-depth knowledge regarding the relationships between CS&L and their tenants within the CS&L lease agreement structure. The Senior Business Analyst possesses a detailed knowledge of the tenant information, assets, and process flows in order to effectively understand the tenant data and provisions contained within the tenant leases. Duties encompass identifying key areas which require improvements while also focusing on issue resolution. Senior Business Analyst duties also include rigorous research and comprehensive analysis for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of all CS&L assets. Utilizing data models and diagrams, the Senior Business Analyst is also responsible for maintaining lease and asset performance metrics while developing key insight on future profitable asset acquisitions. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for tenant lease agreement and asset reporting including identifying areas which require revisions, corrections or enhancements while also focusing on process improvement through the use of multiple systems for intensive research and meaningful analysis. The Senior Business Analyst interfaces with executives, colleagues, tenants, and vendors to efficiently and effectively provide clear, concise communications regarding all analytics and reporting regarding CS&L assets and leasing agreements. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for evaluation of the asset and lease reporting data, relevance and accuracy to meet or exceed established metrics. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for relationship management with tenants and fosters communication. The duties include receiving all tenant lease/asset inquiries along with research, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of asset, revenue, lease and tenant records. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Maintain monthly and quarterly lease reporting data from tenants. * Evaluate information gathered from multiple systems and sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level and expansive information into specific details. * Understand Master Lease Agreements for regulation and compliance continuance. * Convert difficult and sensitive information into verbal communication effectively. * Coordinate, develop and maintain processes between Tenants/CS&L to ensure flow of information, resolutions of issues, etc. * Develop information packet to market asset portfolio. * Ensures that executives receive the appropriate updates and notification of potential business risks. * Provide ad-hoc analytical support for the consumer Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) operations. * Responsible for developing and producing asset, lease, and tenant management reports. Analyzes results and develops tactics and strategies to improve reporting capabilities and insight into asset base. * Serve as lead for establishing routine network reporting platforms for new acquisition assets. * Manage network vendors to ensure the accuracy of the geographic/geospatial presentation of all network assets. * Interpret tenant business needs and translate those needs into applicable and operational requirements. * Monthly Executive reporting package – monthly, quarterly packages, compliance/TCI reports/CLEC/products/revenue. * Establish systematic procedures with accounting team for budget analysis. * Develop and implement monthly reporting of consumer CLEC customer statistics. * Work directly with and serve as the liaison between business units, tenants, technology teams, and support teams. * Relationship management with tenants, manages inquiries, researches issues, tracks to resolution, etc. * Present information and respond to questions from multiple groups of managers, tenants, and vendors. * Responsible for obtaining, managing and ongoing maintenance of asset/lease/revenue records. * Actively supports and encourages process reviews and quality audits of operational reporting and data analytics, implements changes as needed. * Anticipates resource needs, establishes appropriate priorities and eliminates unnecessary functions. Balances short term consequences against long-term strategic vision. Collaborates with other departments and leaders to resolve issues. Ensures proper and consistent communication across multiple departments within and outside the company. * Accepts coaching and feedback. * Perform other duties as assigned.
