Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements; working with the Business Solutions Lead to understand business strategy and translate into product requirement.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.

  • Business process management and modeling.

  • Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).

  • Knowledge of screen mockup tool AXURE.

  • Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.

  • Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.

  • Business acumen.

  • Project management skills.

  • Requirements definition and management.

  • SDLC, Iterative, Agile, OWF, and /or Scrum development.

  • Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.

  • Possess ability to manage workload and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.

  • Written and verbal communications.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology

  • BA certification

  • Experience working in Healthcare industry.

In the role of Business Analyst working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Commercial Center of Excellence team. This person provides critical analysis and reporting to manage and track our chain performance metrics for assigned channels. This person will perform in-depth business performance analysis to uncover opportunities in the channel for MillerCoors growth, as input to chain plan, retailer initiatives and to keep a pulse on ongoing business. This position reports to Commercial Operations Manager and works closely with our Category Management Analysts. The Responsibilities: * Translates consumer and shopper research and productivity insights for application to the chain/channel operating plan. * Generates deep dives into channel and business performance to identify leading indicators * Link output from internal MillerCoors information resources (i.e. Nielsen, Spectra) with the information needs of the chain selling organization * Develop and maintain the annual calibration tracker, including developing how to measure chain goals * Manages the weekly, monthly and ad hoc volume, distribution and innovation scorecards * Analyze short-term performance issues & opportunities in chain/channel The Other Qualifications: * 4+ years business analysis / category management * Ability to work cross functionally with internal MillerCoors groups conducting research and in developing customer insights * Proven ability to use data and analytics to develop insights. * Use of consumption databases i.e. ACNielsen, IRI * Familiar with consumer panel data and shopper data i.e. Nielsen Homescan, Dunnhumby, Spectra * You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. * You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy * You are confident and competent.
