JOB SUMMARY: Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services provides a spectrum of mental health services through various programs for populations of all acuities. Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at- risk youth.
Under the direction of the Portfolio Management team, Business Analyst is responsible for review, analysis and evaluation of business systems and user needs. This includes creating informative, actionable, and repeatable presentations that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement. Business Analyst will support process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant experience required
Ability to clearly and concisely present to multiple levels of management
Project management experience a plus
Prior experience in the behavioral health or health care industry a plus.
Maintains all required licenses and certifications.
