Utilize strong analytical, quantitative and research skills to support all marketing functions. This position will use transactional data to develop statistical models, reporting and other ad hoc analytical work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

  • Model the data, design and build reports, dashboards, and analysis using various system tools, and create custom visualizations and dashboards.

  • Apply a variety of data extraction and analytic techniques to answer a wide range of business questions and suggest improvement ideas.

  • Develop insights in promotion design, guest engagement, and player development experiences using a data-driven philosophy.

  • Work closely with marketing team and identify, measure, and track daily performance of key KPIs across department.

  • Held accountable to the highest degree for the accuracy, thoroughness and confidentiality of tracking records and reports.

  • Assist in developing customized casino marketing programs and initiatives designed to increase market share and improve ROI, including deliverable documentation.

  • Implement improved segmentation and test design for Database Marketing projects.

  • Execute Database Marketing segmentations as required.

  • Assists in improving and maintaining player data integrity.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all privileged information.

  • Plays an integral role in data mapping of the data warehouse.

  • Plays a support role during the budget process providing trends and forecast.

This role is expected to show and relate metrics to make suggestions to streamline processes, increase revenue or decrease expenditures for the Hospitality Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION: * Interface with other Department Leaders with all aspects of their operations. * Establish and execute a vision for the delivery of business intelligence information and analytics solutions to key stakeholders. * Interface with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions. * Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards to drive key business decisions. * Oversee Revenue Management to plan, meet and exceed established goals and revenue targets. * Design, develop, evaluate and oversee performance of hospitality systems for efficient operations and maximum profitability. * Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes of issues, while developing alternative solutions for consideration. * Develop narratives that are derivatives from analyzing business trends, patterns, and outliers through rich visualizations. * Work closely with various stakeholders to define the information needed and how best to present it. * Recommend and build new metrics and analysis that enable better perspective on business efficiencies and guest satisfaction. * Design and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards, scorecards and reporting for the team and present insights to stakeholders. * Through knowledge of business systems for record keeping, POS systems and tracking systems. * Gives guidance to analysts and other report developers for pertinence of information and accuracy. * Analyzes data and makes recommendations of data to increase profitability within the department.
