Business Analyst

This is a 30-month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 months of experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements
• 72 months experience in preparing functional and detailed system design documents
• 72 months experience with all phases of testing (i.e., system, integration, user acceptance, and pilot) including creating use cases, test conditions, and review of output.
• 24 Months of experience writing, troubleshooting, and running basic and complex SQL queries.
• 12 months of experience with automated testing including review of output and maintenance of test scripts
• 60 Months experience systems analysis, testing, and implementation of a web-based system
• 60 Months experience with the software development life cycle including system implementation into multiple environments and interaction between environments
• 36 Months experience working with large databases, would contain over 15 million records, or would be available for over 500 users
• 24 months experience mapping data elements from source to target schema.
