The Industry Solutions and 5G Service Introduction and Enhancement Program Management Office is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. Our PMO is focused on introducing next generation products and services in transformative ways while creating an amazing customer experience.What you’ll doYou will work in collaboration with multiple cross functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Tech Strategy, Systems Dev, Sales, Fulfillment, Care and various other enablement teams to build viable and scalable LBGUPS (Learn, Buy, Use, Get, Pay, Support) value chains. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of processes, and supportoperational readiness activities.Your ideal profile includesStrong knowledge of operational applications, business products, and servicesPlanning and readiness for service offer including: includes requirements gathering, user interfaces/processes, documentation, testingAnalytical, problem identification and problem solving skills; ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgmentExperience

• Strong knowledge of operational applications, business products, and services
• Ability to ensure that business impacts are accurately captured and agreed upon across the business unit(s) value chain(s)
• Planning and readiness for service offer including: includes requirements definition, stakeholder update presentations, user interfaces/processes, documentation, testing, communication on basic and/or individual components of projects, post launch stability, and ongoing evolution
• Processes and/or operational business readiness; a good understanding of project gating methodology and activities

Problem SolvingAnalytical problem identification and problem solving skills; ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgmentChange Management Skills

• Experience communicating effectively with leaders across different levels within the organization, with strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of Waterfall project environments. Nice to have: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Project Development Lifecycle, DevOps

Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills; confidently presents ideas to senior leaders3. Technical background (telecom)Nice to have skills:1. University degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education2. Business Analysis certification/courses3. ITIL, Agile, Lean Six Sigma certification - asset4. You have experience in an Agile environment and familiarity of associated tools such as JIRA, Kanban, and Scrum; Experience in Google Suite, Microsoft Applications, JIRA, Asana is a bonus
