Job Purpose:

To provide process, system and data support to facilitate business goals and maintain the integrity and consistency of the integrated ERP environment. Partner and collaborate with IT and business subject matter experts on systems enhancements and process changes to ensure successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides systemic process expertise on a defined range of areas for the purpose of delivering core changes, enhancements, break/fix, and ongoing support for a suite of ERP tools (SAP based).

  • Partners with software/configuration developers, project management personnel, business process teams, and various subject matter experts to bring projects to fruition in the live ERP environment.

  • Follows and maintains a strong support process flow in order to deliver projects.

  • Builds, maintains and follows governance process and policy (SOX, ISO, Data and Governance) for the ERP environment.

  • Responsible for process documentation for the assigned area and maintaining the integrity of the process documentation.

  • Documents functional requirements; conducts functional tests. Provides user support; maintains subject matter intellectual property.

  • Performs training documentation support.

  • Supports change management initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Utilize strong knowledge of the ERP system by providing broad and deep level of expertise not only of assigned processes, but will learn all areas of the ERP environment

  • Demonstrated deep technical knowledge and skill in defined process area.

  • Possess deep process knowledge for the assigned area.

  • Possess the capacity to learn and assimilate new information steadily.

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal skills at any business level.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables on time and within budget.

  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills at all levels within an organization.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum on year experience in an ERP environment.
  • 3+ years in a technical and/or process area.
  • 3+ years of progressive SAP knowledge.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Computer Science, business or related field or equivalent combination of formal education and directly related experience.

VIEW JOBS 8/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-15T00:00 Job Description Our Order Entry - Specialty Associates are responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders of our Specialty Accounts/Categories (such as Hotels, Casinos, Staples, Jaffa, etc.) for completeness and entering them into the order management system. This position involves making outbound calls to distributors to retrieve any information that may have been missed in the original order. The Order Entry - Specialty Associates are tasked with utilizing the information provided by the customer and coordinating with other departments such as Sales & Pricing to make important decisions surrounding pricing, ship methods, etc. in order to provide a positive BIC experience. Responsibilities: * Entering new specialty account/category orders into the order management system * Making outbound calls to inform specialty customers of what may be missing from the order and what is needed to proceed, discuss and establish order processes. Partnering with Supply Chain and overseas supplier in placing orders for import product * Create & update documents such as; PCR'S (Product Change Requests) and sales agreements * Execute special projects & communications as needed as it relates to specialty accounts/categories Key Performance Indicators * Number of orders entered per hour * Error percentage, credit & claims, reworks * Outbound call reporting Preferred Qualifications: * At least a High School Diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience with manufacturing & production a plus * Familiarity in sales a plus Special Training or Competencies: * Proficiency using a computer and associated software * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience using order management systems such as Oracle * Ability to collaborate with various internal departments * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word & Excel * Good problem solving and organization skills * Proven ability to work well under pressure to meet order deadlines * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to multitask & focus on multiple issues at once * Excellent customer service skills At Bic Graphic, we believe in fostering an authentic, respectful and transparent culture where our employees can flourish, be themselves and be respected for their individuality.
