The Business Analyst monitors, evaluates, and communicates the performance of the Company's operating systems. Acts as a liaison with system providers and internal users to improve processes and achieve optimal system functionality.Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring Company's operating systems to improve processes and functionality.
- Analyzing system usage through data modeling; maintaining and documenting functional and technical information on system changes.
- Proactively identifying and documenting business situations and errors requiring system changes or operational efficiencies development.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related areas, with four years (4) of similar experience in the bank, investment or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in XML file management and computer systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI.
- Ability to handle high work volumes and meet deadlines.
- Complete bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
