Summary

eClerx is looking for an individual who has extensive loan market experience and is passionate about product improvement. The Business Analyst will have experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will need to have exposure working with Scrum Teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize a list of features to drive platform development with the technology team

• You will analyze data, document requirements, and advise on the design of the system

• Collaborate with Product manager on product vision and execute on plan to achieve success

• Build, maintain, and prioritize backlog to fulfill product vision

• Write requirements and acceptance criteria for user stories

• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Support Technology teams in carrying out development

• Ensure final delivery meets requirements

• Work with UX design to make wireframes and prototypes and rapidly iterate based on feedback

• Provide polished product demonstrations to both internal teams and clients/prospects

• Partner with customer support team to provide assistance by answering loan market-related questions and troubleshooting issues

Eligibility Requirements

• Knowledge of Fixed Income markets

• Experience understanding various user personas and journeys, facilitating user-centric design

• Independent self-starter with a results-oriented mindset

• Strong and clear writing ability

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Self-motivated attitude and ability to work in a dynamic start-up environment

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

• Excellent interpersonal skills and effectiveness working cross-functionally

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Knowledge of syndicated lending and loan market

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $125,000-$175,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
