Business Analyst - Digitization

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Analyst/Project Leader with a focus on data integration processes and overall digitization fundamentals to join our Data Acquisition and Quality Digitization team. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in managing and facilitating various digitization projects, driving a culture of digitization, and enhancing service delivery across the Schneider Electric Sustainability Business. This position provides the opportunity to work with global teams to oversee their digitization projects and ensure proper implementation of the team's digital transformation processes and applications in many different business units. This role reports to the Manager, Digitization.

Position responsibilities:

• Understand departmental process, tools, metrics, and associated KPIs

• Evaluate and share project plans and timelines through continuous research and best practice sharing and understanding

• Facilitate ongoing discussion, prioritization, and implementation of multiple projects

• Deliver regular status updates to Digitization Manager and other team leaders

• Collaborate with business leaders and team members to oversee and maximize our digitization projects.

• Work with other business units to integrate digitization strategies and improve service delivery

• Oversee digitization projects for process improvement across global teams

• Ensure successful implementation of new technology projects that support our digital transformation journey

• Find ways to utilize our AI toolbox applications to optimize data processes

• Analyze data flows, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Document digital processes, create project reports, and present findings to stakeholders.

• Other project leadership and duties, as assigned.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• High commitment to company vision and values

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience

• Minimum three (3) years, five (5) preferred prior Schneider Electric experience, or equivalent experience

• Primary office location Louisville, KY; will require interaction with all parts of the globe

• Familiarity with data architecture, data modeling, and data mapping.

• Experience with different types of data files including but not limited to, excel, csv, xml, and json

• Some travel possible

• Outstanding communication skills, speaking and listening

• Inquisitive - willing to dig in to find answers to problems

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
