Support the Digital Experience team to define, analyze, and prioritize features and functionality of key digital platforms and journeys
Be responsible for identifying and nurturing ideas, innovations and new products that maintain the essential competitiveness of our customer, advisor, employer and partner propositions
Assist in creating the experience life cycle from conception to release, iteration and maintenance, while maintaining and prioritizing a backlog of experience and process improvements to ensure delivery to the overall experience expectations
Work with colleagues across the global organization to identify, start-up and nurture ideas that enhance our value proposition and drive adoption of services
Understand digital implications relative to regulated products and services.

Ideally 3+ years of professional experience in analyst roles of increasing responsibility or equivalent
Experience in writing effective user stories in an agile environment
Experience creating development roadmaps aligned with business vision
Practical experience applying design thinking and agile/scrum practices
Strong project organization skills and attention to detail
Proven problem solving and decision making skills
Outstanding analytical capability and the ability to synthesize findings
Industry experience related to financial services
Driven and excited by challenge and change - ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
A self-starter with a sense of urgency and personal accountability
Intellectually curious and willing to challenge the status quo effectively
Comfortable working independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
