The Client Data Transformation Team sits at the intersection of business, data and technology. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about building and scaling products to work alongside product managers, UX designers, engineers, and data scientists. You will be joining an entrepreneurial and collegial team that is responsible for the development of data products leveraging cutting edge technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Lakes, NLP, and OCR.

A Successful Candidate will:

  • Work closely with diverse set of stakeholders and SMEs to understand their workflows and data needs and translate those into specifications for data products

  • Analyze, define, challenge, and validate business requirements and functional specifications

  • Document user stories, business rules, and process flows for new products & features

  • Develop deep understanding of upstream dependencies, various data sources and their underlying business logic

  • Work alongside product managers to prioritize work for the development teams

  • Inspire innovation and champion change throughout the bank

  • Assist in coordinating with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute projects

Qualifications


Product Owner Qualifications / Skills:
  • Client-first mindset

  • Experience defining business requirements and working with engineering teams

  • Comfortable in manipulating and analyzing data from disparate sources

  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex problems

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Financial Services experience desired

  • Familiarity with modern developer tools (e.g. Jira)

  • Agile experience desired

The Business Analyst will represent the GCDO organization as part of the Internal Data Product Team, working closely with the Product Owner and PwC's global stakeholders to capture detailed data requirements, mappings, and gaps.
