Job Description Summary

Responsible for working with the client to provide financial and administrative support for Real Estate, Security, and Facilities teams. Works with internal client resources to provide accounting/financial support primarily across the real estate portfolio, and to provide administrative coordination of a variety of tasks across all three teams. Coordinates with the account team on an as-needed basis.

Job Description

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:


  • Manages procurement process (ie, PO's, new vendor set-up, P-card orders, financial reports, supply orders, new vendor creation, vendor support, run financial reports for Global Operations functions, etc)

  • Provides oversight of US rent payment process

  • Process CRAs for incoming funds

  • Coordinates lease renewals/terminations for small US sites

  • Prepares annual SEC 10-K Properties section

  • Transmit lease documents/ensures accuracy

  • FASB Single Point of Contact for lease accounting team

  • Track incoming/outgoing invoices.

  • Track Global Ops budget in SAP (work with finance on accruals)

  • Assist client tax team with US property taxes as needed


  • Access control program management

  • Create and maintain Global Ops functional email distribution list, monitor functional shared email inboxes

  • Manage team SharePoint site and websites content


  • Manage facility tour program

  • Manage global branding playbook

  • Manage cargo screening program

  • Single Point of Contact for C&W lease administration team

  • Coordinate (new and updates) policy, procedures, written job aids

  • Single Point of Contact for team documentation (ie real estate files, policies/procedures, standards, forms, etc)


  • Typically holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or other related field (or has equivalent work experience)

  • Possesses outstanding organizational skills with required analytical capabilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with real estate industry is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions

  • The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

  • Regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines

  • Regularly required to walk, talk, and hear

All we accomplish is grounded in our core values of Customer Focus, Achievement, Accountability, Teamwork, Employee Value and Integrity Job Title Business Analyst Job Description Serve as Business Analyst for Brooks Limfinity software replacement of BioInventory and StarLims project; which includes implementation at all Brooks BioBanks, onsite locations at customer sites, and Sample Preparation Services (SPS) labs globally. * Work with stakeholders to define needs and work to meet needs while exceeding expectations. * Partner with internal subject matter experts, external customers, internal Sales and Marketing and network within Life Sciences community to define and implement a Brooks internal operating system which will elevate our operational performance, and the User/Customer experience. * Troubleshoot issues and solutions while taking ownership and proactively identifying opportunities to continuously improve all the relevant operational processes. * Provide technical support for the development and implementation of training on the new system. * Provide Commercial, Technical, and Training of custom interface, including creation of compliance documents as needed during stakeholder analysis. * Act as a leader as needed to mentor and transfer knowledge to operations staff. Education and Experience * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. * Knowledge and experience with BioInventory and StarLIms or other inventory software preferred. * 3-5 years BioBank or Laboratory operations experience preferred. * Ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand training, compliance documents and stakeholder/customer requirement documentation for both internal and external customers. * Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to clearly present a technical solution and show clearly how this solves a problem. * Exceptional customer focus, strong troubleshooting, practical "can do" attitude and desire to delight customers with great solutions. * Demonstrable track record of analyzing issues with a focus on problem solving looking through many lenses. * Ability to map a process and knowledge of value stream mapping.
