CTG is currently hiring a Business Analyst to join our clients Data Catalog pilot project team. This is a contract position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and much more. This role may be extended to support broader implementation.
Data Management process mapping and optimization
Develop and document data management standards (data governance and stewardship, data quality, data security)
Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating systems and user needs
Documenting requirements, scope, objectives, and user stories as needed
Assisting with project management activities
Preparing presentations and conducting stakeholder meetings
A willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed to support project delivery
Preferred experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years business analyst experience on projects
Data management knowledge preferred in the areas of data governance, data quality, data security
Data cataloging, data analysis, and machine learning knowledge a plus
Detailed analytical and problem solving mindset
Strong ability to clearly communicate ideas and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong focus on delivering results
Project management/Agile project delivery experience preferred
SharePoint, Smartsheet, JIRA, PPT, Excel, Visio
