The Business Analyst, CRM will:
Maintain quality of CRM business administration tasks
Partner with business teams to develop reports and dashboards
Develop proficiency in technical solutions and provide administrative support when needed
Document requirements, acceptance criteria, and functional designs/use cases that align to data governance
Assist in defining problems and coordinates problem resolution with appropriate department(s)
Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in defining requirements, testing, and creating the proper procedures and systems at implementation of project and/or enhancement
Create and/or complete technical and end user documentation
Elicit requirements from users, include both the explicit and implicit inputs; Search out un-articulated needs and define requirements that anticipate them; Avoid surprise / late-breaking requirements
Incorporate and account for dependencies in requirements definition that may stem from business processes or other IT systems
Proactively guide the business towards optimal solutions; Within the solution, as appropriate, identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign or development of new processes
Create and maintain pertinent documentation for users including knowledge articles, user manuals, training material, FAQs, etc.
Actively work with users or other stakeholders to create, define, review and improve test scripts related to requirements; Closely support testing cycles
Work independently with minimal supervision, with equal ability to work collaboratively on a team and accept constructive feedback
3-5 years related experience, required
Proficient in complex IT systems, a minimum of 3 years SFDC experience preferred
CRM / Salesforce.com Admin Certification preferred
Willingness to dedicate whatever time is necessary to learn business processes/applications which he/she may be less proficient in (as necessary).
Preferred candidate will have experience with commercial business functions including Order Management
