This is an opportunity to join an exciting and hands-on team with a lot of room for growth in the sales organization.

The business analyst is part of the enrollments, settlements and payments team and will be considered subject matter experts in the market they support. This individual should proactively identify and solve problems with little to no guidance. In addition, this role requires individuals to communicate effectively, at a high level, with all functional groups including executive management. Success in this role requires continued review and improvement of existing processes and procedures.

  • Enroll assets in ISO/Utility markets, settle and/or shadow settle the compliance related to events or test events, report both asset and portfolio level compliance internally and externally.
  • Manage calculation and submission of customer payments.
  • Work closely with internal teams on all audit requests received from the ISO/Utility.
  • Report out the relevant financial impact of market operations with the highest level of accuracy. This includes both internal and external reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining executive level summaries for all markets.
  • Lead the development and completion of customized reporting for customers as needed.
  • Provide support to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, VBA experience a plus)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Ability to work as well with other members of the team to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Strong mathematical skills and the ability to apply these concepts to practical business situations
  • BS or BA degree in business related field such as Marketing, Finance, Management, or Economics required
  • Advanced degree in a business related field such as Master of Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance is preferred
