REPORTS TO: Creative Services Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Functional Pricing and Profitability lead. Individual must interface with the sales, purchasing and accounting departments.
Serve as liaison between Sales and Purchasing departments. Provide consistent, frequent communication and support to business and facilitate communication between Sales and Purchasing departments.
Assist with the administration of Division Sales Profitability and marketing program; encompassing DCMS & SAP system rebate tracking setups. Analyzes the data, compiles research and offers possible solutions, on a daily basis. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and works with members of Sales, Purchasing and Customer Service departments to uncover unmet business needs.
Prepare trending analyses and profitability studies; utilizing system downloads from AS-400 in conjunction with SAP.
Successful execution of manufacturer price increases as needed.
Performs customer profile setup, maintenance and contract compliance reviews.
Administers, tracks and reconcile sales rebate program. Provide solid analytical base to department leads on business profits against committed deliverables to allow for strategic decisions ensuring our customers are meeting their expectations under our rebate programs.
Creates, maintains, tracks and analyzes other sales reports. Identify issues and make recommendations to Sales department.
Create business review data and Power Point decks for customer presentations.

Strong interpersonal, communication and mathematical skills.
Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
Advance knowledge of Excel, Power Point, AS400 and SAP knowledge
Pricing Background preferred.
Data interpretation experience
Displays willingness to make in depth recommendations for business decisions. Exhibits sound and accurate judgement. Includes appropriate people in decision-making process.
