The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team as a Business Analyst Consultant providing project management support for FI-FBOT Billing teams and applications.
The Business Analyst Consultant leads initiatives such as Billing Modernization program with diverse complexity and scope. Our analyst provides business & technical knowledge while collaborating with the various squad members to drive business requirements and business testing to support the program's dedication to accuracy and quality billing.
In addition, the business analyst will collaborate with billing teams to consult or develop interactive data visualization dashboards to help drive the future of reporting.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of professional experience
8+ years of related experience with project management, Agile Enablement, Business Analysis and/or Financial Support of Technology organizations strongly preferred.
Lead defining billing requirements for Billing Modernization and test scenarios for Business Acceptance Testing
Ability to assess stakeholder needs and effectively communicate recommendations and influence leadership as needed.
Proven experience in analyzing data to produce actionable insights
Experience carrying out projects in an agile environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive, collaborative relationships across a broad array of functional areas.
Can manage multiple, competing priorities and make sound/independent decisions.
Proven experience working with querying tools or data visualization tools (PowerBI, Business Objects, SQL, Tableau)
The Team
The FI-FBOT Billing Program Management team is a centralized function which provides business analyst and project management support for all the FI-FBOT Clearing and Custody Billing teams and applications.
