Jersey City, NJ Pay Range : $45/hr-$55/hr Responsibilities: Identify and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements from business users, including system features, user workflows, and data needs. Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, considering system limitations, integration points, and potential risks.

Create comprehensive technical documentation such as system specifications, user guides, and process flows. Provide technical expertise during project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure alignment with business goals. Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather feedback and manage expectations.

Ensure thorough analysis and documentation of requirements for the ETL/Database testing process. Collaborate with content management tools for configuration, UI/Data validation, and other testing requirements. Offer insights into potential improvements to streamline the analysis and validation processes.

Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring that technical deliverables meet business objectives and expectations. Required Skills: Business Analyst (Domain Experts) with extensive experience in understanding business processes and translating them into actionable technical requirements.

Experience in ETL/Database testing to ensure data is accurately processed and validated. Experience with content management tools for configuration and UI/Data validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying key issues and finding solutions.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies and working with Jira (Agile) for managing tasks and user stories. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Data analysis and visualization skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
