An Excellent Opportunity for “IT Business Analyst” to work with one of the Largest Global Bank in Chicago, IL Job Description: We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work closely with business partners to gather requirements and facilitate discussions with the development team.

The Technical BA will be responsible for documenting requirements, creating process flows, and providing subject matter expertise to support scope and requirement decisions. Responsibilities: - Work with business partners to elicit requirements and document process flows Identify risks and mitigation strategies Collaborate with System Engineers/Developers to create functional requirement documents Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain Assist with application testing, troubleshooting, and test planning Provide Level 1 and 2 support to end users Create, maintain, and present training materials for end users Required Skills: Excellent communication skills Strong documentation skills Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficient in designing, developing, and executing test cases Knowledge of test automation and tools Must Have: 5 years of Technical BA experience Experience with financial institutions Cybersecurity experience Cyber Public Policy knowledge Agile experience To apply for this position and setup an interview with the client please click on apply and send in your resume along with your contact info.
