Number: 219601Full/Part Time: FShift:1st ShiftDescriptionThe incumbent will possess thorough knowledge of the organization and have the proven ability to make sound judgements on a day to day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure end solution meets requirements and gain an understanding of the context and impact of the project to the business line.The incumbent will have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.Displays excellent communication skills with internal and external clients.Accurately tracks expenses/process and submit expense reports in a timely manner.Utilizing key stakeholders and other available resources, facilitate discussions, analyze, and evaluate options and provide recommendations to the manager or staff.Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: The Principle or Lead Business Analyst is responsible for the collection, evaluation, understanding, and communication of business requirements involved in the development of new or the modification and ongoing support of existing enterprise business applications. Qualifications: * 6-8 years + Experience as a Business Analyst * 2+ Years experience in Project Management TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Expert knowledge of techniques and tools utilized in functional design, data analysis, and data flow diagramming. * Knowledge of FM Global's current/planned technological environment and the appropriate technologies, tools, and techniques used to solve business problems. * Experience with Commercial Real Estate property management and accounting preferred * Experience with Yardi's Voyager and Elevate platforms preferred * Experience with other real estate/prop tech platforms such as Argus, VTS, Building Engines preferred TECHNICAL SKILLS * Experience gathering requirements, functional design, and working with business processes. * Proven ability to work in technical environments that use tools involved in data flow diagramming, data analysis, issue tracking, and documentation and presentation. * Proven experience with managing projects of significant scope and complexity with project teams consisting of 5+ individuals. * Principle Business Analyst Additional: * Proven ability to implement the correct solution related to the business need. * Proven experience with managing projects of considerably large scope and complexity with projects teams of 20+ individuals.
