Position Summary
The business analyst will support our Pay and Time team to ensure accuracy in processing the various incentive bonus payouts for our Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) and CFNA Teammates. In this role you will test and implement new features in the HRIS systems to ensure accuracy, run reports, and prepare statistical summaries. You will excel in this role if you are a curious, out of the box thinker and enjoy working independently in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Bridgestone retail, compensation and finance leadership to develop and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual incentive bonus payouts.
Support the Pay and Time Team to process bonus payouts in an accurate and timely manner for Teammates.
Manage and respond to teammate inquiries concerning incentives and bonuses
Work with outside vendors who support and update in-house systems
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 working years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Advanced Excel skills
Prior Reporting Analyst or Business Analyst experience preferred
Prior experience in HRIS systems
