Conduct directed or discovered business process analysis to identify process issues and business requirement solutions to assist client to define system development, testing, and implementation scope to support enterprise business transformation. Analyze data using basic methodologies, interpret results, and provide written summaries and recommendations. Perform onsite data collection to analyze standard operating procedures and process models, and participate in ongoing decisions regarding business requirement fit and gap analysis, including business process re-engineering recommendations design methods, tracking, study, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement. Support the client to elicit and elaborate business system integration requirements to describe systematic interfaces, data store exchanges, and data translations from a business perspective. Collaborate with client and project staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal direction. Build subject matter expertise in Air Force human resource management and payroll related best practices, and provide input to working groups. Support project knowledge management capture to enable client to establish a foundational project resource to inform senior executive decisions. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.
3+ years of experience with business analysis, workforce or organizational transformation, and business engagement in business system development and implementation
Experience with requirements definition, business process mapping, and functional capability fit-gap analysis
Experience with business process re-engineering, requirements management, and configuration management
Experience in a client-facing environment, requiring regular informal interactions and structured facilitation or briefing interactions
Ability to perform independently and as part of a team, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
2-4 years of experience in a related field
Experience in systems implementation in a complex, enterprise-level portfolio environment involving multiple human resource related business systems
BA or BS degree in Information Systems Management, Human Resources, or equivalent or 10+ years of experience in a related field
