Prepares, reviews, interprets and analyzes information, data, and reports pertaining to organizational management.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and/or procedures.

  • Identifying business process improvement projects for internal business groups, and making recommendations to management on efficiencies.

  • Conducting cost/benefit evaluations on various external and internal resources.

  • Analyzing business requirements and production specifications to improve the effectiveness of the organization's management operations.

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment


  • 3 years - Technical or operational experience required


  • Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos and data warehouse

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.

  • Analytical and decision making abilities.

  • Proficient in MicroSoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint)

  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Specific Requirements:

Ability to travel 25% of the time is preferred

Health Insurance license preferred

Experience with Medicare and Marketplace sales preferred

Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles. * Performs administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, travel, developing agendas, submitting staff expense reports and preparing presentations and meeting packets. * Organizes, updates, and maintains Disaster Recovery Plan and documentation. * Create, organize and maintain project SharePoint sites and file structure. * Accountable for project reporting to ensure all information is collected and organized in a consistent manner while providing an accurate and up-to-date view of the project status. * Accountable for following up on action items, tracking issues logs, documenting meeting minutes, etc. * Organizes tasks efficiently to meet deliverables on time; notifies management when schedules cannot be met; recommends and implements alternatives/options to minimize delay. * Maintains the budget and conducts variance and trend analysis as needed. * Establish cooperative, productive working relationships with functional business areas resources. * Conducts information searches, compiles data, and monitors and reports results as needed. * Identify and resolve issues that jeopardize project success. * May perform other duties as assigned including special projects.
