Position Summary:

This highly motivated candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently from PO receipt through delivery, managing and monitoring critical order fulfillment details such as pricing, payment requirements, lead times, stock availability, delivery, etc. Supporting inside sales efforts and field service staff, as well as communicating and interacting with cross functional departments, will be a prime responsibility. This is a role within a rapidly paced dynamic environment with great opportunity for the right candidate.

Additional job duties:

  • Create, maintain and file order documentation, suggesting improvements for optimization.

  • Provide customer support such as responding to inquiries, order related issues, sample requests, and processing RMA and replacement parts.

  • Serve as point-of-contact for established international distributors.

  • Create and maintain detailed sales reporting tools.

  • Willingness to help with other special projects as needed.

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Experience with domestic and international customer orders in a support role within the medical device, life science, or biotech sector is preferred.

  • Knowledge of international shipments and related documentation.

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication.

  • Proficient with electronic order entry systems, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Methodical attention to detail.
