Analyze the client's business requirements, translate and transfer them into solution requirements and work closely with parent company (ATN) PMO to ensure the solution specification and implementation meets the business requirements and are aligned to enterprise architecture and business operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze, document and communicate client's business requirements and processes
Plan, design and recommend business processes to improve and support business activities
Facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
Work closely with clients, stakeholders, vendors, technicians and managerial staff.
Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents and test plans.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Develop solutions based on data analysis to increase business efficiency
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Translate business requirements and assist IT with the development of technical specifications
Ensure the identification of any supplier and vendor issues/ problems and prepare service improvement plans to address identified gaps.
Coordinate with the groups who test, validate, evaluate new applications and functions
Participate in technical reviews of change projects
Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs
Ensure the implementation of all quality assurance activities required to solve any supplier/ vendor issues/ problems
Participate in regular service level review process with both the customer and IT service providers and document decisions.
Experience of being a Business Partner and managing those relationships
Establish and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.
Gather information for and prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Director BSS/OSS.
Assist in implementing the unit's work programs and plans in line with agreed upon procedures and guidelines.
Good understanding of performance management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives
Follow existing ATN and GTT and Business Change policies and procedures
Matrix into overall ATN PMO and adherence to framework and governance
Research new technologies and approaches to meeting and exceeding customer needs.
Ability to juggle different projects/priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure
Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director BSS/OSS.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Knowledge of MS Dynamics or Tableau
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
