Business Analyst

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication abilities, and the technical expertise needed to interpret complex systems and processes.

This role requires working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and contribute to the development of data processing solutions. Key Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering and Documentation Gather and validate functional requirements from various stakeholders. Document and maintain detailed functional requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Data Analysis and Processing Perform thorough data analysis and cleansing of master data to ensure data quality and consistency. Develop and monitor data quality metrics to assess and maintain data integrity. Present analytical findings and recommend data cleansing algorithms or rules for dynamic data processing.

Design and Documentation Develop functional design documents and data flow diagrams to outline processes for dynamic data handling. Assist in the design and implementation of data comparison and testing methodologies to ensure accurate results. Prototyping and Testing Implement and validate prototypes for dynamic data processing, working closely with technical teams.

Design comparison testing strategies to evaluate data accuracy and functionality. Data Remediation and Facilitation Assist in developing strategies for data and functionality remediation to address inconsistencies. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate, refine, and update design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical abilities and adept at handling complex data and processes; a background in science is preferred. Proficiency in technical systems and a solid understanding of data architecture.

Ability to interpret complex flowcharts, make connections, and identify areas for improvement. Preferred Experience : 3 years in business analysis or related field. Experience with Tableau or similar.

Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools. Familiarity with developing data flow diagrams and functional design documents.
