SALARY: $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonus potential

ROLE SUMMARY:

Are you a data detective with a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights? At AB InBev, we're looking for a Business Analyst to be a key player in our Sales department. This isn't just any role; it's a highly visible position where you'll rub elbows with top leaders and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.

As our Business Analyst, you'll dive into sales data, surfacing analytical takeaways and making impactful recommendations. This is a specialized role that comes with its fair share of challenges and opportunities to boost operational efficiencies and sales productivity.

You'll support Field Sales and other Sales functions with rock-solid, fact-based data to inform decisions and drive success. Plus, you'll take on exciting projects that use sales analysis to uncover sustainable and profitable solutions. Your detailed research will be the compass that leads our company in new and thrilling directions.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Support the Region Commercial Directors and Managers, and other Region Vice Presidents and others by providing routine revenue reporting, ad hoc support, analysis, and drilling into root causes of revenue gaps and opportunities.

  • Evaluate brand / package sales promotions ROI and suggest modifications to enhance sales and profitability. At AB we're never satisfied and always looking for continued improvement.

  • Work with the Commercial and Retail teams to develop the Region's Pricing Strategy including Price Increase, Promotional Plans, Rebates and much more!

  • Submit daily price change requests and new brand package pricing with strong communication throughout the process.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable growth in volume and market share.

  • Create and update sales presentations for use in communication meetings, retailer visits, and planning meetings.

  • Direct efforts to provide monthly sales performance review material and analysis to Sales Director and District Manager in support of a variety of report reviews.

  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and accountability for metrics and results.

  • Conduct training as required with region team and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance, understand competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplace job.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 1+ years of experience reviewing and analyzing sales data and summarizing key takeaways for management.

  • Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how decisions impact bottom line performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity to desired outcomes, work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought process.

  • Clear communicator who can story-tell with data.

  • Advance Excel Skills & Experience developing dashboards and working with business.
