We are developing exciting new partnerships for store locations and new ideas like package-free delivery to reduce costs, manage our environmental impact and make the process easier for our customers. Operations is at the heart of what we do, delivering hundreds of thousands of packages each day and fulfilling customer orders from all over the world.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for organizing large data sets using SQL queries, analyzing and interpreting historical business data to provide reporting and actionable insights to the business. The Business Analyst will build scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale analyses, financial modeling and forecasting. The person will partner with program managers to define key performance metrics, measure impact of operational changes and automate weekly/monthly business reporting.
This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various with Product, Tech, Marketing transportation, finance and operations teams to deliver new product innovation that delights customers. This role leads the team to identify best practices across the network, support growth initiatives and cost improvement efforts for operations. The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand business performance, develop insights based on their work and summarize findings for management consumption.
