As a Business Analyst

  • Administrative & Investment Review Committee Secretary within the PNC Private Bank organization, you can be based in the Erie, PA region, North East PA or Central PA market.

In this position, you will plan, coordinate, and attend all Administrative Review Committees meetings for the Greater PA committee and Investment Review Committee meetings in the Northwest, North East and Central PA markets. This includes setting up meeting agendas, creating reports for ARC/IRC meetings, documenting notes from meetings, and following up with committee members as needed. You will circulate, monitor and collect various documents needed to document committee approval on such things as discretionary distributions, pledge memorandums and other compliance related monitoring activities. This position reports to the NWPA Fiduciary market Manager.

Preferred skills/experience include:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

  • Adobe/PDF and SharePoint experience

  • Fiduciary knowledge is a plus

Job Description

  • Collects and interprets business requirements, and participates in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.

  • Under supervision, develops and maintains all of applicable policy and procedure documentation.

  • Assists in obtaining and identifying the business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes.

  • Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs.

  • Supports the development, analysis and distribution of relevant reporting.
