Business Analyst

Cisco is seeking a Remote Operations AnalystLocation: This is a remote position open to candidates across any U.S. location or time zone.

Candidates must be U.S.-based due to work involving public sector/government data.Pay Rate: $37.00 per HourDuration: 1 Yr Contract Position Overview:The Professional Services Billing Operations Analyst will support the Director of Professional Services Operations by managing administrative, reporting, and accounting tasks within the Global Services/Customer Success organization. This role involves being a backup to senior operations analysts and addressing newly created processes and needs. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and adept at managing projects with minimal supervision.Minimum Requirements:Applicants must meet the following requirements. Experience: 5 years in roles focused on at least two of the following areas:Operational processes

BillingAccountingOrder management

Data entry/management/hygieneBusiness operations

Process Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process.Technical Skills:Basic knowledge/understanding of MS Office or G-Suite, specifically Excel/Sheets.Must be proficient in formatting and working with system-generated reports in Excel/Sheets.Software Experience:

Familiarity with Salesforce (FinancialForce PSA platform experience is a plus).Process Ownership: Experience in owning processes, analyzing them against changing business needs, and suggesting/spearheading updates.Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Desired Skills:Extremely detail-orientedThis position requires 3 years of experience in relevant roles and is a key support role within the Professional Services operations team.Strong communication skills (frequent communication with management; occasional interaction with customers)Quick learner

Ability to take direction and follow outlined policies, process guides, and instructions
