About the role
We are looking for a Business Advisor Leader to help lead our Premier Agent Team! This position is located in our New York office and will be responsible for the development of our growth, client strategy, and most importantly our world-class team. This role is tasked with the overall performance of a team of Regional Business Advisors. Business Advisors are tasked with growing revenue and reducing churn from our existing clients through driving engagement and product adoption from training/coaching as well as building and maintaining strong relationships to support the success of our clients.
Lead from the front by operating within Zillow Group's Core Values
Meet and exceed growth and retention goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
Drive and maintain daily activity benchmarks including outbound calls, quarterly business reviews, and onboarding
Schedule and conduct 1-on-1s with team members
Provide constant, detailed and customized coaching to direct reports
Hold team members accountable and help facilitate their professional growth
Closely work with the training team to provide ongoing training and ensure its adoption
Ensure correct usage of Salesforce and adherence to our Business Advisor best practices
Collaborate with the sales operations team to improve identification of high churn accounts
Report team's performance on a weekly basis and run team meetings
Support sales leadership with ad hoc projects and initiatives
Prospect / Customer Experience: you have experience building organizations that delight prospects and customers throughout the entire client life-cycle understand all components of customer acquisition, retention, renewal, and upgrade within a subscription model business
Going in-market and meeting face-to-face with VIP clients to educate, motivate and engage them on the Zillow Group platform
Becoming an authority in the local real estate landscape as it pertains to top real estate professionals, teams, brokers, and brokerage houses
Who you are
3+ year's leadership experience preferred ideally across a range of sales & product environments (especially in the technology or media industries), including SAAS organizations with a large, outbound sales team that drives transactional volume
