The Azure Core OS PM team is looking for a seasoned and energetic Business Administrator to be responsible for providing excellent administrative support. You should be resourceful and able to deal with ambiguity, possess solid problem solving skills, be able to work effectively under pressure and within short time constraints, prioritize while multi-tasking, and be flexible in the performance of the job responsibilities.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.

  • Effective written and verbal communications skills

  • Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism

  • Desire to take on big challenges and the ability to see the big picture as well as the details

  • Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests

  • Proficient cross-team collaboration and organizational skills

  • Consistently demonstrate a can-do and customer service attitude

  • Collaborate on planning and support of all-up events including All Hands, morale events and other events as needed.

  • Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.

  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products and internal systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows, Teams, Employee Central, MyOrder, MyDevice, MyExpense, DaVinci and iCIMS preferred.

Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $22.79 - $39.66 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $33.03 - $45.91 per hour.

  • Manage two complex calendar(s) and ensure accurate scheduling and organization based on priorities.

  • Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of any, and all logistics and itineraries, as well as the reconciling and submission of expense reports.

  • Purchasing equipment, services and supplies, creating purchase orders and processing invoices.

  • Assist with establishing equipment ordering and supply guidelines, ensuring lowest cost/best quality options are chosen.

  • Headcount management

  • Distribution and security group ownership and management

  • Organizing and planning off-sites and morale events.

  • Cross collaborating, planning, and support including All Hands, morale events, and other group meetings as needed.

  • Manage team discretionary budget

  • Expense reporting

  • Office set up and clean out for incoming and outgoing employees, interns, etc.

  • Space management: manage current space allocation; assist when there are large organizational moves
