Job Description:

Assist with processing FCPA transactions to include JE, vouchers and deposits. Reconcile all entries hitting FCPA ledgers and maintain tracking logs.

Aid in the investigation of discrepancies and maintain procedures for assigned tasks. As needed throughout the year, assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly invoices. Assist division administrators in identifying and resolving specific accounting issues.

Maintain UF space file for all divisions in the department Work with divisions to capture occupant and resources data for hires, terms and relocations. Assist with completion of annual UF Space report for the department. Run monthly asset audit report and work with department property managers on items that need to be captured in myAssets per department asset tracking standards.

Assist with processing fiscal transactions (on the shared service team), including p-card transactions, invoices, reimbursements, journal entries, requisitions, travel, and FCPA transactions.

Prepare reports, presentations, assist in creation of budget vs. actual reports for tracking purposes and analysis. Distribute and/or publish final reports for management in the department and divisions.

Assist in pulling data from FCPA ledgers, PeopleSoft and Hyperion. Run fiscal reports and custom queries in PeopleSoft through Enterprise Reporting, Query Studio, and Business Objects for fiscal related requests

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Duties * Essential Duty #1 Manage the client service authorization process including reconciling and preparing invoices for payment. * Essential Duty #2 Support accounts payable: complete and submit forms for payment. * Essential Duty #3 Computer/data entry input: billing, timesheets and various projects as assigned. * Essential Duty #4 Assist in generation of reports, including data gathering via the computer system, printed reports or other available information. * Essential Duty #5 Perform typing, filing, record keeping, copying and other clerical assignments as assigned, including answering phones.
