What you'll be doing...

You'll be part of our Business to Business sales team building our client-base and making our current customers even happier. You'll have responsibility for prospecting, selling, sales support, and problem resolution for business accounts in your area. The client experience will be in your hands as you interact with customers and prospects to drive revenue growth and business success while ensuring first-class customer service.

  • Hunting for new business and partnering with the sales team to close the sale.

  • Finding ways to expand business with existing customers.

  • Designing programs about our products that will "wow" our customers.

  • Resolving customer problems and recommending solutions.

  • Managing sales tracking and making appointments for the team.

  • Successful completion of motor vehicle report check is required.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience.

  • One or more years of relevant work experience.

  • A valid driver's license.

  • Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets you find opportunities, communicate well with customers, negotiate, and sell solutions.

  • Experience working with customers to solve their problems and create sales you can easily help multiple customers at the same time.

Line of Business Description: The Senior Business Control Specialist will ensure adherence to the enterprise QA Standard through management of assigned business processes within Consumer Lending. Key Responsibilities Include: * Manage the Process Risk Control Inventory within Consumer Lending * Ensure adherence to the enterprise QA Standard requirements (process documentation and sustainment, including maps, scoring, monthly ratings, alignment of risks, controls and metrics) * Monitor, challenge, and oversee the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all PRC Inventory data elements, including within associated systems of record * Monitor process and control performance while engaging metric owners for Reaction Plans when necessary for out-of-tolerance metrics * Conduct meetings and regular routines with Process Owners, Control Partners and key stakeholders * Maintain accurate process records and documents, including meeting minutes and team action records * Produce reporting and commentary for various executive level routines * Ensure timely and accurate submission of change controls and approvals * Actively participate in PRC Governance and Key Stakeholder meeting routines, communications and training * Participate in Consumer Lending Governance and Issues Management routines to identify initiatives and issues that align to and impact processes * Respond timely and accurately to requests related to audits, exams and assessments. Required Skills * Demonstrated working knowledge of the PRC Inventory * 3-5 related experience process design, risk management, operations, business controls, or related area * Experience developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders * Proven ability to make timely and accurate decisions * Ability to navigate and influence all levels in the organization * Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and balance risk and reward * Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities * Knowledge of Bank of America front line units or control functions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clearly conveys concepts and information and ability to produce executive ready communications Desired Skills * Previous experience within Audit, Compliance, Operational or Front Line Risk Management or Issues Management * Prior business process management knowledge within Consumer Lending. * Experience with ORCIT and ARIS * Previous use of FileNet * Bachelors degree or higher Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Bank Of America Corporation Jacksonville FL
