Job Title: Business Account Representative

Do you have experience building and maintaining business relationships? Do you enjoy working with targeted populations?

Responsibilities:
As a Business Account Representative, you are responsible and accountable for marketing and connecting Boston Career Link's registered job seekers to Greater Boston's employers, resulting in competitive, long-term job placements, satisfied employers and repeat business. You will also develop and cultivate new networks of employment sources while advocating for registered target populations.

Requirements:

  • B.A. or equivalent experience, preferably in business, marketing, human resources, or related field

  • Demonstrated experience working with employers, strong understanding of business needs, and extensive knowledge of the Greater Boston labor market.

  • MA Driver's license and ability to travel throughout Massachusetts.
