BUSINESS ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a Business Account Manager, you will sell a full range of telecommunications products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. You will work closely with our network of retail locations to increase sales within a defined retail region.

Your Focus (Responsibilities):

You will drive business sales within and outside retail locations. Along with aiming to meet and exceed sales quotas monthly, you have a high level of energy that will create sales momentum. You will need to be able to multitask and demonstrate extraordinary customer service, selling, and analytical skills. As a Business Account manager, you will also:

  • Close B2B sales that are inside and outside of a retail location

  • Acquire and maintain new customers from lead generation at store level

  • Conduct all aspects of the sales process, including setting appointments, generating proposals, and closing sales leads.

  • Assist in training, including role-playing, with retail locations on B2B functions and expectations

  • Attend calls and meetings within the field that will help to generate opportunities for business sales

  • Work closely with the Area Director of Business Sales to review forecasts, track sales expectations, and attend sales appointments for assessment of your sales skills and integrity.

  • Connect quickly and effectively with customers to develop rapport in all sales and service interactions.

  • Be available via phone to assist stores with questions related to business opportunities

  • Stay informed on all current processes, promotions, and incentives

  • Have the innate ability to be self-motivated, positive, and work with your teammates while displaying strong listening skills

  • Work collaboratively with Verizon's business team to support initiatives and training

Success for the BAM is measured by business sales (B2B sales) and Networkfleet lead sales as a percentage of total "boxes" within a defined territory.

  • Approximately 90% of the BAM's success is based on the increase within retail locations (Ex: Goal by EOY 2017: 6.5% increasing to 8% by June 2018)
  • Goal of Networkfleet lead sales (6.5% B2B sales by EOY 2017, growing to 8% by June 2018)

YOUR EXPERIENCE (Background and Skills):

Your effectiveness to take care of external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude is a requirement for this position. We are also looking for the Business Account Manager to bring the following:

  • Strong background in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business dealings while exercising sound business discernment.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and adjust to frequent change.

  • Prior track record of achievement in sales positions, demonstrating significant accountability.

  • Two years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment preferred.

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Up to 50%

You will receive a company car, computer, and mobile phone. Due to the travel requirement, you will need to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and have a clean driving record.

Ironshore Pharmaceuticals & Development, Inc., is launching its first product for the treatment of ADHD. The product has already been approved by the FDA for patients 6 years old and above. The product uses a propriety delivery system. Ironshore is looking for candidates for their sales team that will educate the HCP community about the unique benefits of this new product while always keeping ADHD patients and their caregivers at the center of what we do. Ironshore Pharmaceuticals & Development, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Highland Therapeutics, Inc. District Sales Managers The District Sales Managers (DSM) provides leadership and strategic direction to ADHD Specialists to achieve performance objectives. The District Sales Manager will lead and inspire a highly productive sales team that capitalize on local market potential, customer needs, and market access dynamics, to meet & exceed business goals. This is accomplished by leveraging available market data along with promotional resources, effective coaching and mentoring of individual sales representative to align with our client expectations. Required Qualifications/Experience * 4-year college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent) from accredited University required * Five years pharmaceutical sales experience, at least three years previous pharmaceutical sales management experience, with ADHD experience preferred. * Strong, current working knowledge of strategies and tactics to pull-through local formulary wins, and coaching sales personnel in identifying and assisting appropriate office personnel outside of HCP to engage in appropriate product discussion.
