As a(n) Bus Systems Analyst Sr within PNC's ALM Risk organization, you will be based anywhere PNC Bank has a foot print or remote.

Understanding of databases and data warehouses

Ability to write basic and/or understand PL/SQL queries.

Job Description

  • Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.

  • Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes .

  • Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results .

  • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes .

  • Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group .

  • Knowledge of and ability to manage IT work activities, processes and progress within a system to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

The Sr Systems Analyst, ERP (Oracle Projects Cloud) will assist with managing and maintaining complex ERP systems - Oracle Applications Cloud (ERP/SCM/Project Clouds), JD Edwards (JDE), EcoSys and other systems in the Project Management and execution areas. You will be involved in the implementation, support and maintenance related to design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Project Clouds including, but not limited to Project Financials, Project Management, Task Management, Project Contract Billing, Payable (AP), and Receivable (AR) modules over & above other integrated applications like EcoSys, RecVue, Razor Sight, Dynamics CRM and others. Responsibilities * Define, design, assess and improve the solutions that provide the business capabilities and end-to-end value to users and stakeholders and maximizes end user adoption. * Provide support with developing, testing and rolling out solutions, bug fixes and enhancements. * Troubleshoot and solve incidents reported by users and conduct Problem Management including root cause analysis of design and adoptability problems. * Collaborate with business and product managers to gather application and technical requirements, create detailed process flows, develop BIP/OTBI reports, security setups, testing/training documents. * Lead the review, validation and testing of quarterly upgrade functionalities in Oracle Cloud applications, and help the users understand/adapt them. * Assist with testing/validation of changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs prior to release to production. * Work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds using DevOps or CI/CD concepts.
