Bus Supervisor

Mandatory: Applicants need to hold a CDL with a Passenger endorsementModels Unifi's Safety goals, mission, vision and values and promotes adherence through various methods of communication.Leads and supports an employee-engaged culture.Oversees and coordinates Airport Shuttle Service activities to ensure a safe, reliable, efficient and effective operation.Monitors and enforces safe and compliant working environment in accordance with TSA, DOT, USPS and OSHA regulations and all applicable laws.Enforces Company policies and procedures including corrective action and promotes Unifi policy on Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment and diversity initiatives.Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of assigned shift/station.Promotes team building initiatives and performs coaching/mentoring activities to develop and motivate team members.Ensures information is communicated in a clear, comprehensive manner.All other duties as assigned.Basic QualificationsPre-requisites: * Must be a local (in-state) resident. * Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement. * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. * Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check. * Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. * Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.Education: * High School diploma or GED.Experience:* 2+ years of relevant experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Strong problem solving skills. * Excellent customer service skills. * Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Must have strong organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsEducation: * Four-year college education, Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience.Experience: * Four+ years of relevant experience. * Relevant supervisory experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Ability to apply creative solutions that have positive impact on results. * Able to effectively resolve employee conflicts. * Strong leadership qualities and ability to create a passionate and efficient workforce.Working ConditionsWork Schedule: * You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts including: nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment.Work Environment: * Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment. * Enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis (sun, rain, sleet or snow!)
