Under general supervision provides a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests' expectations and facilitates food service by performing cleaning, stocking and serving duties; and performs other duties as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (This class specification may not include all the duties listed, nor do the examples cover all the duties that may be performed.)
Wipe tables and seats with dampened cloth, replace dirty tablecloths and set tables with clean linens, place settings, condiments and other supplies, practicing the highest standards of Golden Touch guest service in order to facilitate the dining experience.
Scrape and stack dirty dishes; carry dishes and other soiled tableware to the kitchen for cleaning; remove trash, clean up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes in order to provide excellent food service.
Receive beverage orders from guests and bring ordered items promptly; ensure that guests are continuously supplied with water, coffee, beverage refills, butter and other condiments to assist servers in the provision of excellent guest service.
Replenish supplies of clean linen, flatware, glassware and dishes; stock cabinets and serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers on a timely basis during the shift to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment.
Respond to guests' questions, using the Quick Reference Guide, providing information about casino gaming promotions, special and other events and/or programs in order to assist guests, advertise marketing campaigns and encourage guest attendance and participation.
Respond to public inquiries in a courteous manner to provide information within the area of assignment.
Fill beverage and ice dispensers.
Locate items requested by guests during the course of the dining experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
