Bus Driver/Maintenance/Custodian - PM Shift (1:00 P.M. - 9:30 P.M. ) Willing To Train

Required Qualifications

Possession of an appropriate, valid California drivers' license, possession of a valid School Bus Driver Certificate.

Knowledge of:

Safe driver practices; state laws, rules and regulations pertaining to school bus operations and pupil transportation; first aide practices; how to drive a school bus safely and efficiently; material, disinfectants, equipment and methods used in custodial work; handling and use of school district tools and equipment.

Essential Functions of this Position:

Drive school bus; sweep and mop floors, vacuum and clean rugs and carpets; dust, wash and polish furniture; empty and clean waste receptacles; clean grounds and courts of buildings; clean drinking fountains; make repairs, including replacing light bulbs, replacing audio-visual equipment lights, repairs of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing and painting; lock doors and windows; maintain tight security of district property at all times; clean cafeteria and adjacent areas, dispose of trash after meals.
