Requirements / Qualifications

NOTE Internal Applicants are required to submit a current Letter of Introduction, an updated Resume and any additional required documents (new or in need of an update) not on file. Substitutes must submit ALL required documents.

All documentation required must be attached to your Edjoin application to be considered. Hard copies are not acceptable.

• Certificate Copy (Certification by State Department of Education as a School Bus Driver Trainer/Driver Training Certificate)

• Certification (School Bus Certificate - with 1 and 6 only restrictions)

• CPR/First Aid Certification (Must submit a valid CPR & First Aid Certificate)

• DMV Printout (Must submit DMV printout for the last 10 years.)

• Driver's License Copy (Class A or B with PS endorsement - Must be valid)

• Letter of Introduction

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must Submit Two (2) Letters dated within the last twelve (12) months.)

• Other (Current Medical Card and DL-51)

• Resume

Five years of experience as a bus driver preferred.
