2024/2025 School Year Bus Driver Applicant Pool

• Applications are screened to fill positions as they open. Candidates will be contacted by the Transportation Department to schedule interviews as needed.

Permanent Positions

• Minimum 4 hours per day, per position.

• Full time work available.

• Substitute Driver positions also available:

• Successful applicants are compensated at minimum wage during the driver training period (approximately 40 hours)

• Regular Substitute drivers start at $28.47 ($32.31 after 60 days) once training is completed.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful WSP and FBI background clearance check

• Washington State Sexual Misconduct Disclosure Release Form * I-9 Employment Eligibility (citizen or legal alien status) * State/District Required Training

• Social Security Card and Driver's License (for identification upon hiring) to be copied by Personnel Office * BY SELECTING YES, YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE/COMPLETE THESE REQUIRED ITEMS
