Job Description

  • Provides consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project management.

  • Consults on the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams.

  • Communicates with stakeholders and technology teams on moderately complex business requirements, provides gap analysis and facilitates future business process modeling for clients.

  • Provides expertise and problem-solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist Sr. within PNC's Tempus Technologies organization, you will be based in Auburn, IN or work from a remote location. The Quality Assurance Specialist Sr. ensures that the final, ready for deployment version of our product releases meet the company's quality standards, including the reliability, usability and performance required for deployment into our customers' production environments. Essential Skills & Experience * Proven ability at architecting increment and UX/UI testing. In this forum stakeholders present the business, functional and non-functional requirements to developers for calibration o Facilitate pre-deployment release content review and Q&A with stakeholders. * Production Quality Management: o Facilitate turnover of releases from QA and make release for deployment readiness Go/No Go decision o Maintain version bug log o Facilitate Upgrade Due Diligence Planning process & testing o Facilitate patch regression testing o Maintain quality checks on deployed releases and record and analyze those that directly or indirectly cause Production Incidents. * Release/Deployment Administration: o Create and publish Release Calendar by Product. Continuously assess adjustments needed to meet business needs and capacity impacting events o Partner with DevOps to design, implement and facilitate deployment request, planning and execution strategies and processes including for new technology, e.g. MicroServices o In collaboration with appropriate SMES, facilitate the creation of communication for planned gateway and portal deployments and collaborate with Shared Services for distribution of communication to merchants * Increment Testing: o Test dev-complete-increments as a whole (increments as defined by our workflow).
