Bulk Unloader Job Description

Summary: Position will handle the delivery, unloading operation and CIP of bulk materials for the plant.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Unloading of all bulk railcars and trailers. Coordinates with Logistics to ensure product delivery Coordinates with Sanitation to ensure tanks sanitation requirement is met Operate in the SAP and Quality Suite systems Interact with the railroad and over the road drivers Operates Sucrose Silo level management and Sucrose truck delivery management Coordinates weekly Silo CIP's and daily truck pump CIP's Unloads Bulk Apple Trucks and SAP duties for the delivery Monitors the Sucrose Filters(4 of them) and schedules the back-flushing when needed Schedules filter replacement with Maintenance Performs all other duties as assigned.

This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.
