Job Summary
The Customer Experience Team Quality Assurance Analyst at BuildOn Technologies is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and executing auditing strategies to ensure that the data within VEO Design Studios application meets quality standards. This role involves working closely with the Execution team to audit request outputs during new customer onboarding and changes for established customers.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Experience with test management software and QA methodologies.
Detail-oriented and thorough.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be a self-motivator and able to work with minimal direction.
Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team on deadline-based projects.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop, implement, and execute auditing strategies to ensure requirements and quality standards are met.
Provide feedback and deliver critical feedback to team members when mistakes are found.
Document and report on audit results.
Develop and execute test guidelines for new VDS functionality.
Train Service and Support team members on new VDS functionality.
Create new audit methods and improve existing processes.
Preferred domain knowledge in the homebuilder and construction industries.
