The Building / Concert Services Coordinator will be responsible for all building signage, static and digital, assist with all on-site media requests, oversee all on-site media activation. This position will also assist the Manager of Tours with museum copy and exhibit presentation and act as the on-site marketing resource. They will also serve as a building MOD whenever needed.
Maintain digital and static signage throughout building, including all marquees, lobby shadowboxes, and auditorium projectors. Aid general manager with creation and maintenance of building signage. Work with IT to oversee maintenance as needed on signage software and hardware.
Work with Brand Partnerships on all on-site sponsorship activations.
Support concerts promotion team and/or OEG Marketing team to ensure execution of show-focused marketing plans, including social and digital marketing efforts, requesting/preparing promotional assets from promoters/partners, or other assistance as needed.
Code and file any incoming invoices and assist with month-end accounting and setting up new vendors.
On-site contact for all media requests that come to the Ryman.
Assist Director of Concerts with all filming requests that come from artists and tours.
Serve as building MOD when scheduled.
Maintain Hatch closet inventory; log new and existing content.
Work with Museum Department with planning of all print material including maps, banners, and display case signage.
Other Duties as assigned.
1-2 years related experience
Experience with Signage software, Experience with Content Management Systems, Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
