Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.
This position is organizationally aligned within the Building Systems Group
The selected candidate will provide support and oversight of a geographic portfolio to deliver:
Primary focus on building automation/systems and controls as well as Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing categories
Incident and Event communication and support related to Building System GMM team accountabilities
Performance reporting and management of:
o Building automation/system and controls and related service uptime (MEP not soft services)
o Building automation/system, controls, and FM/Engineering service delivery standards & MOP
o Key contact to the PPM Regions related to Building Systems BSGC team accountabilities
o High Impact property performance metric support
Facility Conditional Indexing (scores and index of Building Automation/Systems, Controls and MEP)
o AP Planning support
o Aligning service/approach with facility condition
o Predictive maintenance and reduced downtime on facility equipment
Align services with Regional portfolio needs
Act as a SME, with authority, in support of Regional Building Automation/System, Controls and MEP needs
o Gate Keeper, approver of method or scope/scale in alignment with established objectives
o Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Building Automation/Systems and Controls.
Act as a SME/Program Manager when warranted throughout the portfolio (within a Region, across Regions) related to the Building System BSGC team accountabilities

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
